Exhibit Fees and sign-up

The exhibit fee for this meeting is $2,500 and our Federal Identification number is 22-3208191. Payment should be made payable to New England Orthopedic Society and mailed to our address at 860 Winter St., Waltham, MA 02451. Online payment is available below.

What is included?

1. A virtual Exhibit space that will allow you to:

    • Display your company logo (or your product logo)
    • Add your product(s) information/spec documents (PDF)
    • Add a link to your company or product videos or presentations.
    • Add your Social media links.
    • Add your reps contact information.
    • We will provide you with a login and password so you or your designated marketing specialist can customize your space with your brand and documents as soon as the meeting’s Homebase is set up. You can see sample images below.
2. A zoom breakout room that will be active during the morning break, lunch, and afternoon break.
3. List of registered participants to be shared a day prior to the meeting. Please note that per NEOS’ data privacy policy, the list will only include participant names, city, and state)
4. Acknowledgement. Your company logo and a link to your desired URL will be posted on our website’s “Past Exhibitors page”. 
5. Your company’s logo will be included in meeting emails to our database.
6. Comp registration for up-to-3 representatives
7. After the meeting we will share an Exhibit directory with all participants including contact information of one representative of each participating companies.


The New England Orthopedic Society invites you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2015 Spring Meeting, to be held Friday, May 29 to Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine. The exhibit fee for this event is $1,000 for a six-foot table in our dedicated exhibit room, which will be open prior to the scientific sessions and during all breaks. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the scientific sessions and are cordially invited to join our members at our cocktail receptions dinners, and organized social activities. Additional details about these activities will be available in the spring. Exhibitors will be recognized in the program materials and on the society’s newly-redesigned website: If you’d like to exhibit, please complete the attached Intent to Exhibit form at your earliest convenience, before May 1, 2015.
