Call for Manuscripts

Submission deadline is Sunday, October 13, 2019

Dear Colleagues,

The New England Orthopedic Society will present the Kilfoyle Award and a $1,000 cash prize to the best original scientific paper prepared and presented by a Resident or Fellow at the 2019 Fall Meeting. Second and third place presentations will receive a $500 and $250 cash prize respectively. 

Submission Guidelines

  • Full manuscripts are expected and must be based on unpublished original work (might have been submitted to other meetings or journals).
  • A max of two (2) submissions will be accepted per author.
  • Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present at the meeting. 
  • Accepted submissions will be invited for presentation on Saturday, November 23, 2019 and will be granted a room night accommodation on a nearby hotel on Friday night.
  • Full manuscripts should be submitted via email to our Administrator at mocque@mms.org

This year’s Fall Meeting will take place at the Massachusetts Medical Society in Waltham, Massachusetts Friday and Saturday, November 22 and 23, 2019. Additional information about the meeting is available at www.neos-bone.org/Meetings

Kilfoyle Award winning submission will be announced on Saturday before the meeting adjourns.

Timeline

  • Sunday, October 13, 2019: Submission deadline.
  • Friday, November 1, 2019: Confirmation letters will be sent via email
  • Friday and Saturday, November 22 and 23, 2019: NEOS' 2019 Fall Meeting
